A heaping plate of scrambled eggs, home fried sweet potatoes, and my sausage gravy.

I cannot explain how absolutely amazing this plate of food was for me this morning. Yes, I licked the plate.

Tonight’s Dinner (November 14, 2014)

Tonight’s dinner was strictly Whole 30, like most of my dinners. It was a simple marinated grilled beef steak with a healthy portion of pan fried sweet potatoes, and sauteed kale with a touch of raisins.
