Dill & Ginger Sautéed Carrots

This simple side dish packs lots of aroma, color, and flavor. Never settle for a side of boring steamed carrots again!


4 large carrots (shaved and sliced lengthwise)
1 tsp of ghee/clarified butter
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp dried dill weed
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp black pepper
In a medium frying pan melt the ghee on medium heat.
Add the carrots.

Add the herbs and spices

Stir the carrots.

Cover the pan with a lid and allow to cook to your desired doneness.
